2. Prices and payable amount
Product prices, taxes, discounts, delivery charges and the total payable amount are displayed before the Order is placed. The currency shown at checkout applies. The Buyer must review the basket and billing details before confirming the payment obligation.
3. Online banking
Where offered, online banking payments are initiated through Montonio or another named payment service provider. Available banks may include Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Artea, Revolut and other institutions displayed at checkout. The Buyer is redirected to the selected bank or provider to authenticate and authorise payment.
The Order is not paid until the Seller receives a successful status from the provider. A bank debit without a corresponding order confirmation should be reported promptly.
4. Cards and digital wallets
Where displayed, the Buyer may pay with Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Availability depends on the device, card issuer, country and provider configuration. The issuer may require strong customer authentication.
Full card numbers, CVC/CVV codes, bank credentials and device unlock credentials are entered in and processed by the payment provider, wallet operator or issuer. The Seller does not receive or store them. The Seller may receive a payment token, masked identifier, card type, expiry month and year, wallet indicator, transaction reference and status needed to manage the Order.
5. Buy now, pay later and financing
Instalment, financing or deferred-payment options are available only when shown at checkout. The finance provider assesses eligibility, may request additional information and enters into a separate agreement with the Buyer. The provider’s own interest, fee, repayment, late-payment and cancellation terms apply and are shown before that agreement is concluded.
Rejection by the finance provider does not oblige the Seller to complete the Order. Withdrawal from the goods contract and withdrawal from a linked credit agreement are handled under applicable law and the provider’s instructions.
6. Security and verification
Payment providers use their own secure environments and authentication methods. The Seller may pause an Order and request proportionate verification where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect an account or comply with law. Never send card security codes, bank login credentials or passwords to Bonideco by email or telephone.
7. Payment confirmation and failed payments
A browser success screen does not by itself prove that funds were received. The Seller relies on the provider’s confirmed status. If payment fails, expires or is reversed, the Buyer may retry using an offered method or place a new Order. Do not repeat a payment if the account has already been debited; contact us first so that a duplicate can be investigated.
8. Individual payment links
Where support supplies an individual payment link, verify the domain, amount, currency and Order reference before paying. A payment link does not amend the Contract unless the Seller clearly confirms the amendment on a durable medium.
9. Invoices
Sales documents and VAT invoices, where applicable, are issued electronically in accordance with Lithuanian law and sent to the supplied email address or made available in the account. The Buyer must supply correct name, company, company code, VAT number and address before ordering. Corrections are possible only to the extent permitted by accounting and tax rules.
10. Refunds
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing time after the Seller issues the refund depends on the bank, card issuer or payment provider. The Seller may request only the information genuinely needed to identify the transaction and complete a lawful refund.
Statutory withdrawal reimbursements follow the deadlines and conditions in the Returns Policy. Financing refunds may also require coordination with the finance provider.
11. Data and support
Payment-related personal data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. For an unrecognised, failed or duplicate transaction, contact [email protected] promptly and include the Order reference, amount, date and a safely redacted proof of payment.
