Jumping box, 3 heights, 45 × 60 × 40 cm

The wooden jump box is designed to strengthen leg muscles, develop jumping power and perform plyometric exercises at home, in the gym or outdoors. It is made of beech wood and can be used at three heights: 40, 45 and 60 cm.

The box has handle holes, a collapsible structure and a base reinforced with joints. The 2 cm thick plate is designed for training with a maximum load of 120 kg.
