Adjustable dumbbell set, 25 kg, 2 in 1

The adjustable dumbbell set can be used as two separate dumbbells or combined into a barbell. It is designed for training arms, shoulders, chest and back muscles at home, in the office or in the gym.

The set includes four 2.5 kg, four 2 kg and four 1.5 kg weight plates, two dumbbell bars, a connecting bar and four locking nuts. Steel threaded rods allow you to add or remove discs, and the HDPE plastic-coated weights protect the floor from scratches.
