Dumbbell and barbell set, 30 kg

Adjustable weight dumbbell set for strength training at home, in the gym or in the office. The dumbbell bars can be connected to form a barbell, making the set adaptable to different workouts.

The set includes four 2.5 kg, four 2 kg, four 1.5 kg and four 1.25 kg weight plates, two dumbbell bars, one connecting rod and four locking nuts. The plates are made of HDPE plastic and filled with sand. Maximum weight – 30 kg.
