Adjustable height aerobic platform for cardio, aerobics, yoga and fitness training at home. The platform height can be set to 10, 15 or 20 cm. The non-slip surface and legs are designed for stability during training.

The platform is made of plastic. The modular leg system can be dismantled and the legs can be stored under the platform. The product is intended for stepping and aerobic exercises, not as a weight bench. Use on a non-slip surface, such as a sports mat, not on hardwood or tiles.
